It’s great that we Aussies have made it through the year. However, it is also a time to reflect on the lives lost through COVID-19 along with thousands of jobs, but with vaccines around the corner (and a government money-splash), it’s looking good for 2021.
In this blog you can learn how to get more recommendations and referrals. Stefan Kazakis, who wrote a chapter in my book, Brand Engagement and is a leading business strategist for SMEs and Principal of Business Benchmarking Group, has just published a series of blogs on this subject.
Stefan has some great suggestions, so here are some key points from Stefan’s blogs, which you can find here:

According to a study, 83% of satisfied customers are willing to recommend you, but only 29% will actually do so. Try these tips in December and check out others here:

Send emails or text messages to satisfied customers
Remind your delighted customers to recommend you to their friends. Make it part of your standard process and automate it if possible.
Share case studies of your happy customers on social media
Make them look good! They will happily share your posts with their own networks, and be a strong advocate for your brand.
Add links in your email signatures to “Tell a friend” or “Leave a review”
Link on your website
Make it easy for your customers to recommend you by placing a link at the top of your website that says: “Tell a Friend.” That link will direct your customers to a landing page where they can quickly enter their info.
Good luck!
PRO TIP
Turn the tables and give someone on LinkedIn Kudos for something they have done well. This is a new feature and is well worth exploring. And you may find that the more Kudos you give people, the more Kudos you receive! You can find out more here: https://www.linkedjetpack.com/linkedin-secrets/linkedin-kudos/
